Description of Goods
It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have ordered the correct item and that factors such as product measurements have been taken into consideration. If the goods are not suitable because the customer has failed to check the description then the return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer.
Please ensure you order the correct number of items as we do not offer partial refunds. If on occasion we do need to refund a partial order the delivery cost will be covered by the customer.
On the day of your delivery you must ensure that somebody is present to accept delivery at the appropriate times. You may incur a charge if you are not present when delivery is attempted.
The customer should check their delivery thoroughly on receiving the goods. If the delivery is checked and any damage is found this should be clearly noted on the proof of delivery. If the customer is unable to check the goods then they should be signed for as unchecked.
If the goods cannot be inspected at the time of delivery (if for example they are left with a neighbour or securely on the premises) then the customer must carry out an inspection as soon as possible.
