Delivery Information

 

 We will aim to dispatch all orders placed by 11am Monday – Friday  same day, if you require delivery on a specific day just add the date to the “Order Notes” section on the address page.

You will be emailed to notify you the item has left us as well as confirmation of your tracking information so you can keep an eye on things yourself.

All items should be checked on arrival for damage. If you are unable to do so they must be signed for as ‘unchecked’, failure to do so in the event that an item is damaged may affect the claims process.

We use Parcelforce 24 service  to deliver our goods & they aim to deliver between 7am – 7pm

A signature will be required at delivery. If there will be no one available to sign for your order, you may leave a signed note on your door advising the delivery company what to do (eg leave with a neighbour etc), they will often oblige. If a delivery attempt is made without success, the driver may leave a card, however this is not guaranteed but re-delivery will be attempted the next working day
