FREE STANDARD DELIVERY on All Orders or £7.99 FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY (when ordered before 11am)

We will aim to dispatch all orders placed by 9am Monday – Friday
You will be emailed to notify you the item has left us as well as confirmation of your tracking information so you can keep an eye on things yourself.

All items should be checked on arrival for damage. If you are unable to do so they must be signed for as ‘unchecked’, failure to do so in the event that an item is damaged may affect the claims process.

We use Royal Mail or ParcelForce delivery service to deliver our goods & they aim to deliver between 7am – 7pm

A signature will be required at delivery. If there will be no one available to sign for your order, you may leave a signed note on your door advising the delivery company what to do (eg leave with a neighbour etc), they will often oblige. If a delivery attempt is made without success, the driver may leave a card, however this is not guaranteed but re-delivery will be attempted the next working day
